Natural Limestone Base

Of several proprietary compounds in our patented formula, Limestone (CacO3) forms the base which is known to trap CO2 during formation, and in recent studies, show it’s also capable of capturing ambient CO2 from the environment in various manufacturing forms. If heated above +/- 840c (1544F) for applications such as concrete, limestone re-releases sequestered carbon dioxide. Manufacturing and melt under that temperature does not re-release sequestered CO2 and objects continue to absorb ambient carbon dioxide for the duration of its useful life. An innovation indeed.

Masterbatch Coloring

Our compound and color mix process ensures accurate color consistency mixed to your masterbatch specifications throughout the product; that is, we don’t ‘color’ the pellets after the compound, we can custom compound pellets that are mixed 100% throughout, per your colorant requirements which ensures longevity of color consistency while also having UV protection.
